Booking and payment
The reservation can be made online, in which case a confirmation of the reservation will be sent to the customer's e-mail. The customer must pay a minimum booking fee (20% of the rental price of the resort) at the time of booking, either in online banking or by credit card. The final invoice will be sent to the customer's e-mail on the working day following the booking.The customer can also pay for the reservation in full and the confirmation is sent by email.
The booking is confirmed when the customer has paid the booking fee (20% of the rental price) by the due date or the booking fee and the final payment in one go. The balance is payable no later than six (6) weeks before the start of the holiday.
If the customer does not make payments on time, we may cancel the booking without notice.
Cancellation and modification of the reservation
If canceled, the reservation fee (20% of the rental price) will not be refunded
If cancellation is made 3 weeks (21 days) before the start of the holiday we will refund the rental price (excluding the booking fee of 20%)
Changes to the rental can be negotiated on a case by case basis by contacting us.
If the property is not accepted or is received late, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the rent. If the customer cancels his reservation and leaves the property before the end of the rental period, no compensation will be paid for the unused time and the customer is not entitled to a rental refund.
If the booking has to be canceled due to the disruptive behavior of the customer or the customer's guest, then the fees will not be refunded.
